Global Girl Transportation - Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Global Girl Transportation, we understand that plans may change. To ensure fairness and maintain service quality, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:

Customers who cancel their booking 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled service time will received a 100% full refund to their original payment method.

Customers who cancel their booking between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Cancelations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time are non-refundable. Failure to show up or failure to notify Global Girl Transportation of cancellation will results in no refund (0%).

To cancel a booking, customers must contact Global Girl via WhatsApp, phone or email provided at the time of booking and include their full name, booking reference and service date.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Global Girl Transportation reserves the right to review cancellations due to emergencies, flight delays, or unforeseen circumstances and may offer rescheduling or credit at its discretion.
